A GREAT MAN PASSES

The President of our Church, Gordon B. Hinckley has passed away at age 97. He was a remarkable man and an extraordinary apostle of our Lord. I am not looking forward to telling Sophie that he has passed because she adores him. He will be missed terribly.

Prayers desperately needed!

Our sweet Bryce was sent home from St. Jude yesterday. He is at home now and though he keeps his spirits up he is in pain and very frail. His parents, Dean and Alicia(Dean is my first cousin), need your prayers desperately. Please remember them and thanks in advance!

REPORT CARD TIME!!

Sophie got her 2nd 9 weeks report card today and it was stellar! She made 100% A+ in both English and Mathematics and she received a score of "excellent" in all other categories. Her teacher's comment was "Sophie is an excellent student and an example for others to follow." Mom and dad are so proud of you, Sophie, and we appreciate all the hard work you do in school. Keep it up and earn those scholarships because we are not paying for college! :)
