It's the first day of Spring! Yay! I love Spring. The weather here has been glorious the last couple of days. Spring only lasts about 2 weeks here in the Deep South but I love every minute of it. The heat is really oppressive for about 5 months out of the year and then we enjoy "winter" for three or four months. My favorite part about spring in Louisiana is the blooming of the azaleas. They are fabulous. The blooms last only about three weeks but they are gorgeous and you can see them everywhere.
